MY ACCOUNT

1. How do I create an account?

To create your first account, simply click the "My Account" button on the upper right-hand corner of your browser. This will bring you to the Login Page, please click the "Continue" button under the "New Costumer" Section; and, fill out all required form fields on the next 2 pages. You will be asked to select “Continue” after the completion of each form.

 

Once you have completed this process, you will be sent to your account page, where you can manage your orders, payments, and other information, all in one.

2. How do I edit my account information?

To edit your account information you will need to Sign In into your account. To do this, please click the "Sign In" button and provide our system with your current Email address and password under the "Returning Customer" section and click "Login to my account".

Once you have accessed your account section you may manage information like: Shipping Address, billing address, e-mail address, or password edit or delete a credit / debit card and more.

3. I forgot my password.

If you have lost or forgotten your account password, please follow these instructions:

1.Click Sign In button on the right upper corner of your browser.
2.Under the "Login Page" click "Forgot your Password" link below "Returning Costumer Section".
3.On the following page, please enter your account email address and click the “Submit” button. Our server will have your password sent to the email account provided.
4.Login to your email account, to retrieve your password.

ORDERS

1. How can I order your products ?

You can place your order online or by phone at 847.357.1515. When placing any orders online, please be prepared to provide us with your valid Credit Card information.

2. What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, & Discover

3. What shipping options are available ?

You have the current option to choose between fedex or ups. Both couriers have forms of next day air, or by 3 day ground, depending on what products you wish to be shipped. If you choose perishable products, your products should be shipped in 1 Day air or next day; this is made so as to ensure your delivery comes in fresh.

4. How secure is my online order ?

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our e-commerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

5. If there is a problem, can I return your products ?

If, for any reason, the products you receive does not meet your expectations, please contact us so we may resolve this problem, as quickly as possible. Most products can be returned to us within 7 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. If you do experience a problem with one of our products, please call us at 847.357.1515. We do not refund shipping costs.

6. How can I track my order ?

Immediately after your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation on your account email address. You can always login to "Your Account" section and track your package there, under "Review orders / track packages" section.

7. How can I change quantities or an item in placed order ?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may still change the quantity of your order. To do this, you will need to login into your account first. Under "My Account" section use the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to manage your current order. As with any questions relating to our products, you may always call our service line at 847.357.1515, for further assistance.

8. How can I cancel my order ?

If your order hasn’t been shipped, you can still cancel it but you must first call our customer service department at 847.357.1515, to speak to a representative.

SHIPPING

1. Can I ship International, AK, HI, PR ?

For all orders to be shipped anywhere other than the 48 continental states, you will need to call 847.357.1515, before placing the order.

2.Can I have my order shipped to a different address other than my billing address ?

Yes, but you will need to call your credit card company and have them put your alternate address on file before placing your order.

3. How long will it take to ship out my order ?

Store hours are 7am-3pm central time, any orders made that day in that time frame (excluding saturday & sunday) will be sent as soon as product is prepared. Important! Any order placed after on Wednesday containing perishable products, will be held in our facilities, until the following Monday, to ensure freshness, upon delivery.

4. Can you ship to my P.O.Box ?

No. All orders need to be shipped to physical address.

5. How much is my shipping ?

Shipping charges are based on shipping rates per weight plus the cost of carefully packing your order. Handling fees include: Labor, materials and preparation.
